![]() | S P A C E R | Chairman of the Pinotage Association, Beyers Truter, is campaigning to have Pinotage designated the official wine for the 2010 World Cup Football tournament to be hosted by South Africa. Pinotage is world renowned as a distinctly South African cultivar and the highest selling red grape for our country’s producers locally as well as abroad. “If it is accepted, we will donate a sufficient quantity of wood-matured Pinotage wine for official functions and for participants and winners of the tournament”, said Truter. |
